HI I MADE PLAYABLE UNDERTALE TRIBUTE GAME WHATSIT????

UPDATE: NOW WITH MAC VERSION

Made from scratch and following an unexpectedly long development time, I’m happy to release this mess. Taking place sometime during the events of Undertale, it chronicles the human getting lost in a way nobody thought possible and bumping into a rather conflicted Royal Guard. Things don’t go as anyone would have hoped.

I was working on another project at the time, but when the idea for this fight popped in my head, I couldn’t let go of it, so I hopped right on it. I wouldn’t so much call this a fan fight as I would a tribute to Undertale – the gimmicks were designed before the character was selected, and it’s as thorough as I could possibly make it; true to the original, it’s crammed full of special context-sensitive things and several (read: more than 1) distinct routes of varying difficulty, while also adding some personal touches to try and make it unique. Try all sorts of things! Go nuts. I’m not worried it’ll break. Nope.

Update: Here’s an FAQ! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ASKING ME ANY QUESTIONS. I get about a dozen people reporting the same listed bug or asking me how to full screen the game every day, and I can’t be bothered to answer it every time, especially when it’s anon and I can’t answer privately.

PATCH NOTES:

• The annoying “</color>” text bug has been fixed.
  
• Dialogue has been adjusted a bit lessen interruptions
  
• Focus mode (holding down X to move slower) has been added.
  
• Dying to a certain attack played an ending when it shouldn’t have.
  
• Fixed collision broken by previous update???
